Inclusive Feeding Support for all Families
About
My name is Kara Rosales
In 2007, I gave birth to my first child. I felt that feeding my baby was about more than nourishment; it was about nurturing them and me as a parent, too.
During my postpartum experience, I was in awe at the support I received from my community. Inspired to support families in a similar way, I became a La Leche League Leader and with the help of two amazing mentors, went on to become a board-certified lactation consultant.
I now have two children who have taught me that everyone deserves open-minded, evidence-based care for their unique family and choices in feeding their infants and toddlers.
I consider it a gift to help families overcome obstacles and reach their individual goals with breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, and all stages of parenting.
I am also a certified Postpartum Doula and offer overnight infant care with The Newborn Dream Team.
